Plant cream

Plant cream is certain plant material ground into a thick liquid, to which gums are added to create a fluid substance resembling dairy cream found in mammalian milk. Common varieties are soy cream and coconut cream.[1][2][3] It is used in many dishes and beverages, as it adds a favorable smooth mouthfeel.
